Order Processing and Cancellation:
- Orders are processed within 24 hours. You may cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it.
- Orders with a tracking number can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number, but a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the tracking number indicates that the package has entered airport transport and it has been more than 24 hours since issuance, customers must refuse the package to initiate the refund process. A 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Shipping Address Requirement:
- Please provide an accurate residential address. Avoid using email addresses, as packages are more likely to be lost.

Delivery Guarantee:
- If any order exceeds the promised delivery time:
- More than 5 days the promised time: Eligible for a 15% refund.
- More than 10 days beyond the promised time: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- More than 45 days without delivery: Eligible for a full refund. Subsequent deliveries will be free of charge (typically due to customs delays).

7-Day Free Returns and Exchanges:
- All products on our website are factory-shot and confirmed to be as seen.
- Applicable for:
- Incorrect product sent
- Product damaged upon receipt
- Customers can initiate returns within 7 days of receiving the product. We will process it within 24 hours and offer a partial refund, full refund, or resend service. Costs incurred during this period will be borne by us.

Change of Mind:
- If you simply do not like or no longer want the product upon receipt, you can return it for a full refund. Customers need to contact customer service for the return address. Upon inspection upon return, we will refund the full purchase price, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1-Year Warranty:
- Non-human damage (e.g., natural wear, breakage) is eligible for a free repair or replacement within 1 year from the purchase date, excluding wear and tear during use. During the warranty period, if a bag experiences a fault due to manufacturing defects or quality issues, customers can contact us for replacement or repair. Customers are responsible for shipping costs initially, which will be refunded upon dispatch.
