We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled if the product is already shipped out.

- You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the handbag is intact with complete packaging and shows no signs of use. The item must remain in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
90-Day Free Trial:
- We offer a 90-day free trial period. If the product exhibits non-artificial quality issues within this trial period, such as peeling or color fading, we will provide a free refund or exchange. Customers are not required to pay additional shipping fees.
One-Year Quality Guarantee:
- We guarantee the quality of our products for one year. If any non-artificial quality issues occur within one year, we will provide a free exchange once.
